Blackberry & Mango Porridge

Blackberry & Mango are a wonderful combo!

Lots of fibre in this delicious breakfast with the inclusion of Chia seeds with the oats.

You don't need to pre-soak them, just cook with the oats in milk.

Mango & Blackberry Porridge


Ingredients

  • 50g porridge oats

  • 15g chia seeds

  • 100ml skimmed milk

  • 160g fresh mango flesh

  • 55g fresh blackberries


Method

  • Place oats and chia seeds into a saucepan with milk

  • Simmer for 5-10 mins until the oats and seeds are soft (add hot water to thin if required)

  • Top the porridge with sliced mango & blackberries
