Chicken Wraps with Spinach

If you find bread a bit bloating, then wraps are a great alternative to a sandwich for food on the go.

They are ultra processed, but if you keep soft tortillas to a once or twice a week option, then I say why not. If you're feeling really enthusiastic you could always make your own!

Ingredients

  • 1 Seeded wrap 62g

  • 135g cooked skinless chicken breast - I used left over roast

  • 20g spinach raw

  • 5g Sriracha Mayonnaise

  • 2 slices of cucumber, 4 slices of radish to garnish

  • 20g baby plum tomatoes sliced


Method

  • It's an assembly job!
