Using a little protein powder in your dishes is a great way to increase protein after workouts for
muscle growth, or to set you up for the day for breakfast.

Ingredients
1 banana
75g oats
3 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of cinnamon
2 tbsp protein powder
Rapeseed oil for frying
Fresh raspberries to serve
A drizzle of honey
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz up to a smooth consistancy
Check oats have broken down
Heat frying pan with a little oil
Ladle the mixture and cook for 1-2 mins until golden then flip
Serve with fresh raspberries and drizzle with honey.
