Easy Protein Pancakes with Raspberries


Using a little protein powder in your dishes is a great way to increase protein after workouts for

muscle growth, or to set you up for the day for breakfast.

This serves 2 people.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 75g oats

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp protein powder

  • Rapeseed oil for frying

  • Fresh raspberries to serve

  • A drizzle of honey


Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz up to a smooth consistancy

  • Check oats have broken down

  • Heat frying pan with a little oil

  • Ladle the mixture and cook for 1-2 mins until golden then flip

  • Serve with fresh raspberries and drizzle with honey.
