Ingredients

  • 2 Shredded wheat biscuits

  • 100g high protein natural Greek Style Yogurt (lidl)

  • 15g Mixed seeds

  • 100ml skimmed milk

  • 5g honey


Method

  • Add shredded wheat to the bowl

  • Add milk and yogurt

  • Sprinkle seeds

  • Drizzle with honey
