Cauliflower takes spices exceedingly well. This spicy stir fry certainly doesn't hold back on flavour.
High in protein too from the prawns and black beans.
Takes just a few minutes to make and is damn tasty!

Ingredients
100g Cauliflower florettes
50g Brown basmati rice
100g Black beans drained
100g Frozen prawns defrosted
1.2 tsp 5 spice powder
1 Clove garlic chopped finely
1 tbsp fresh dill
Fresh dill to taste (or coriander works well too)
1/2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
Drizzle of hot chilli sauce
Method
Cook the rice (about 25 mins) until tender and drain
Blanch cauliflower for a minute in boiling water and drain well
Stir fry in oil the garlic, cauliflower and add 5 spice
Add the cooked rice and drained black beans fry for a minute
Next add the prawns
Continue to stir fry on a high heat for 3-4 minutes
Drizzle with hot chilli sauce and sprinkle with fresh dill or coriander
