Ingredients

  • 40g Strawberries

  • 60g Blueberries

  • 100ml skimmed milk

  • 8g honey

  • 10g mixed seeds

  • 35g shredded wheat

  • 60g Fat free Greek Yogurt


Method

  • Add milk to cereal

  • Top with Greek yogurt and berries

  • drizzle the honey and add the mixed seeds
