Ingredients
50g Mixed salad - your choice, I used cucumber, radish, tomatoes, iceberg lettuce
1 hard boiled egg
105g tin of line caught tuna in spring water
8g Spanish capers
Fresh herbs of your choice
Method
Chop and combine salad vegetables
Drain and flake tuna
Hard boil 1 medium free range egg and cool
Plate up ingredients above, sprinkle chopped capers and herbs
