This recipe uses an unflavoured protein powder in the sauce, if you prefer you can leave it out and use half fat creme fresh as a tasty alternative.
If you can't find this Puglian pasta shape then Penne is a good substitute. Green chilli adds some heat to cut through the creamy sauce

Ingredients
100g Drained tuna chunks in spring water
80g drained cannellini beans
50g Strozzapreti dried pasta
25g Natural protein powder
25g light mayonnaise
1 green chilli sliced
1/2 red onion thinly sliced
Twist of black pepper
Method
Cook pasta until al dente
Mix the protein powder with enough. milk to a consistency of double cream
Add the mayonnaise to the milk mix and combine
Place tuna, onion, beans and sliced chilli in a bowl, add the pasta and the sauce
Serve with a good twist of black pepper
Serve warm
